Who We Are

Advocates for Athletic Equity (AAE) formerly known as the Black Coaches and Administrators Association is a membership organization that works to promote ethnic minority coaches for positions of leadership at all levels.

AAE assist in the professional development, cultivation, networking and mentoring of ethnic minority coaches in an effort to support the membership. One of our flagship professional development opportunities for Achieving Coaching Excellence Program (ACE Program) is committed to preparing ethnic minority coaches for success as future head coaches through training and education in the areas of leadership, communication, building relationships, community involvement and program management.

AAE with support from sponsors, partners and organizations supporting equality will develop events and programming to allow the membership to network, discuss and debate issues impacting ethnic minorities in sport and collaboratively work to make a difference for this and future generations.
